I have been a hairstylist and educator over 20 years and still very passionate about what I do. Throughout the years my career has evolved into more than just making people beautiful and educating them about there hair, we have become more like family. We connect in ways I never would have imagined being a stylist. Sharing, Teaching, Uplifting and Inspiring each another is what we do. Making your hair flawless is easy, but changing and Impacting lives inside and outside, behind the chair and beyond is my passion and gift. I would love to give you an enjoyable, satisfying and flawless experience.

Mrs. Powe-Barton has over two decades of varied experiences in the industry which include the following: Countless spreads in beauty publications, Fashion shows including being a part of Fashion Week in New York City, consultant for product lines and working with models, celebrities and more. The many opportunities afforded Lesline shaped her passion and commitment to mentoring and training novice cosmetologists to become the best in the field.

Born in South Carolina and raised in Miami, Fl, she has had a passion for the beauty industry since she was 15 years old. She has been licensed for over 8 years and she has been awarded the opportunity to give back by educating aspiring stylists. Specializes in quick weaves and sew in weaves. She also offers relaxers, color, cuts and styles.

Bernadette Bagasina

Bernadette Bagasina is Cosmetology educator and business owner in Orlando. She graduated from Jacksonville Beauty Institute in Jacksonville, Florida under the leadership of the late Dr. Glensford Craig. Ms. Bagasina went on to become an educator for their Tampa and Orlando institutes where she shared her passion to change people’s lives through Cosmetology. Through the experiences and elevation of her life she hopes to pass on the wisdom and knowledge to keep making a difference in others.
